In "Luigi's Mansion 3" for the Nintendo Switch, the often-overlooked brother steps into the spotlight once more in this spooky yet charming adventure. Luigi, Mario, Princess Peach, and a group of Toads are invited to stay at the luxurious Last Resort hotel. However, things quickly take a sinister turn when it is revealed that the hotel is a trap orchestrated by King Boo, who captures Mario, Peach, and the Toads. It’s up to the reluctant and easily frightened Luigi to overcome his fears, with the help of the Poltergust G-00, and save his friends from their ghostly imprisonment.

The hotel setting provides a unique backdrop, with each floor presenting its own themed environment, ranging from medieval castles to botanical gardens and even film studios. This vertical design offers a variety of puzzles and challenges, as Luigi explores deeper into the hotel’s haunted hallways. The gameplay builds on the foundations of previous Luigi’s Mansion titles, with new abilities such as the Suction Shot, which allows Luigi to pull objects, and Burst, a shockwave-like move that helps him escape being surrounded by ghosts.

Luigi is also aided by Professor E. Gadd’s latest invention, Gooigi, a slimy green doppelgänger with the ability to slip through grates and cross hazardous terrain. Players can switch between Luigi and Gooigi to solve complex puzzles, or team up with a friend in co-op mode, where one player controls Gooigi. Additionally, the game includes a fun multiplayer mode called ScareScraper, where up to eight players can work together to clear floors filled with ghosts and complete objectives.

Luigi's Mansion 3 - Played on the Switch - A co-op playthrough of Luigi's Mansion 3 Part 3, We head through the rest of floor 2 and take on a very angry chef! After heading back to the lab to speak with the Professor, we then take on Cannon Barrage in the ScreamPark, and join an online game of ScareScraper.

Luigi's Mansion 3 - Played on the Switch - A co-op playthrough of Luigi's Mansion 3 Part 4, We head to Floor 4 and to The Grand Stage where we meet a rather angry piano! After heading back to the lab to speak with the Professor we attempt to join an online game of ScareScraper, many online games... but they don't work out, so we took on a 1 v 1 Ghost Hunt locally.

Luigi's Mansion 3 - Played on the Switch - A co-op playthrough of Luigi's Mansion 3 Part 5, We head to Floor 6 and to Castle MacFrights! We will have to navigate this Medieval Floor in order to grab the next elevator button.

The chainsaw attachment though is perfect for acting out the Texas Chainsaw Massacre! We also take on the Scarescaper and local multiplayer modes.

Luigi's Mansion 3 - Played on the Switch - A co-op playthrough of Luigi's Mansion 3 Part 7, We head to Floor 8 and the Paranormal Production film sets, where Luigi and Gooigi become film stars.
